Infants (0–24 months): $1750/month
Toddlers (24+ months): $1725/month
⭐ PART‑TIME CARE
Infants (0–24 months):
• 3 days/week: $1295/month
• 2 days/week: $950/month
Toddlers (24+ months):
• 3 days/week: $1195/month
• 2 days/week: $850/month
DROP-IN CARE
(Offered only when space allows)
⭐ HOURLY DROP-IN (SHORT STAYS)
• $18 per hour for care up to 5 hours.
• Any attendance exceeding 5 hours will be charged at the full-day rate.
• Any portion of an hour is billed as a full hour.
• No exceptions.
⭐ FULL-DAY DROP IN
• $120 per day.
• Applies to any stay exceeding 5 hours.
DROP‑IN POLICIES
• Drop‑ins are for occasional use only
• Families needing regular care must enroll in a part‑time or full‑time schedule
• Pre‑payment required to reserve any drop‑in day
• Payments are non‑refundable unless the provider must cancel
• If a stay exceeds the pre‑paid time, the difference can be paid at pick‑up
• Availability at provider discretion
• Drop‑ins do not include deposits, guaranteed schedules, or termination notice
MEALS
AM snack, lunch, and dinner provided at no extra cost for all positions.
REGISTRATION FEE
• $100 per child (non‑refundable)
• $75 per additional sibling (non‑refundable)
• Required for all enrollments, including drop‑ins, part‑time, and full‑time
• Covers administrative processing, paperwork, orientation, and setup
DEPOSIT (Full‑Time & Part‑Time Enrollment)
• A deposit equal to ½ of the current monthly tuition is required to secure a full‑time or part‑time spot
• The deposit is refundable only when proper written termination notice is given on a working day
• Notice must be 30 working days (no weekends, no holidays, no closures)
• Full tuition is still due during the 30 working‑day notice period, whether or not the child attends care
• On the child’s final day of care, after the notice period is completed, a deposit refund check will be issued
• If proper notice is not given, the deposit is forfeited
• Deposits are not required for drop‑in care
• Must be paid before the start date is confirmed
